This is one of the hardest emails I've ever had to send out
Debbie has stepped down from Admin so there are a few changes that will need to be made.
Debbie has been feeling unwell for a little while now and following some nagging, she went to her doctor, she had an xray and I'm sorry to say that a tumour has been detected however, she hasn't had it confirmed yet whether its malignant or not and she will know more next week when she sees a specialist, but she is taking some respite time for herself now, we've had several long chats and this is for the best until she know's what sort of tumour she have and what treatment options she will be offered.
So much of our site has Debbie running through it and these changes although not drastic will have a big impact.
Broxi has accepted my invitation to come back as an Administrator to assist in the running of our site, so I will outline below some of the changes:
The team game for this week will end as normal on Monday at midnight, the new game will then be brought into play.
The major change will be that after Monday, team games will be changed over on a Sunday evening at 9pm (UK time), it may be Tuesday before the scores are posted and trophies distributed, please bear with us while these changes take place but we all have commitments and this is the best way round it.
neilgee will take over the management of the Team Games, Broxi and I will assist as and when required, Neil will also continue with his weekly games challenge
Broxi will take over the Monthly Games
Broxi will assist in game installs
I will continue with the 48 hour challenge (there will be one soon) and the updates of the results from the Daily Trivia comp.
We send Debbie all our very best wishes and support at this very stressful and difficult time and a massive thank you for being my "wing-woman" for the last 6 years. Debbie will not be disappearing altogether and she will call in when shes feeling up to it
