The rules have been put together by past and present administrators

Treat other members as you would want to be treated yourself. This is a not only an arcade games site but a community and members are encouraged to participate by posting in the forums, joining competitions etc which the management have devised just for you!

[*]We don't tolerate rudeness, racism, discrimination, pornography (images, avatars, signatures or text), swearing or anything that is likely to cause offence
[*]If you have an issue with another member at Phoenixgamesarcade.com, please raise this with us in the first instance via PM
[*]Please maintain a valid, up-to-date email address, so we can contact you when we need to. You will receive regular updates and newsletters from us, if we flag your a/c by demotion you will lose extras and game play limits come into force
[*]Multiple accounts are allowed for a single IP address, such as husband and wife, brother and sister etc, but a single user should have no more than one account, if we see the same IP address for numerous accounts we may approach you for more information and ask which account you wish to keep or merge them, however if your account is banned or suspended from PGA there will be a good reason which you will have already been notified. Please do not re-register if this is the reason, all accounts from banned or suspended members will be blocked
[*]Once content is posted, you may not copy any part of the site either by direct copy or screenshot and post elsewhere without express permission from Admin
[*]Your account is yours and yours alone, please do not give out your log-in details to others to use (we do check IP's), if you are caught, you may be downgraded in membership, suspended or banned.

[*]If you have issue with another member at our site, please contact the Administrators in the first instance, pm's sent to a member or members of an inflammatory nature or that causes offence will be subject to an immediate suspension or ban, this includes sending pm's to other members complaining about targeting of scores (**see also Arcade Rules**)
[*]We do not have a pm reader at this site, messages between members are personal and should stay that way, if any of our members receive a pm that they feel should be dealt with by admin, please do let us know.

[*]Please note: we have 27,000 games+ on PGA, there is NO reason to take more than 5 scores off any one person within a 24 hour period!! So don't! Game of the Day, Team & weekly challenge should be competition enough. Anyone caught shadowing or targeting will have all their scores removed, persistent occurrences and you will be removed.
[*]You get caught cheating or using game exploits - you are banned - simple!
[*]Please do not confront other members querying scores, if you feel there is a problem please inform management.
