The tonal upper comes constructed out of nubuck with perforations appearing on the toe and side panels for some added breathability. Additional details include tonal branding throughout the shoe and a contrasting white sole unit.
A few days ago, we let you know that a new colorway of the asics gel saga was now available. Now it turns out that that Gel Saga along with the one you see above were both inspired by 90’s outdoor gear such as sweaters, jackets, windbreakers and vests.The Asics Gel Saga you see above comes in a purple tonal upper with pink hits making some nice contrast on the shoe. Below the base you will find on off-white speckled midsole to balance out the look of the shoe. The colors used on the shoe are said to resemble the colorways that were often used on the outdoor gear from back in the 90s.
